Baseball Athlete George
No statistical figures really tell how an athlete is in your opinion?
I know the good athletes from all three sports when it seemed that the stats do not support the way the athlete has been good. I was a nut statistics when it came to things like this, probably because I am involved in collecting sports cards. However, over the years grow old I remember there were guys who did not have many due to injury, missed games, collapses, but they came through if necessary. Examples Football: Terry Bradshaw, Tony Dorsett, Andre Reed, and Jeff George. Baseball: Ryne Sandberg, Steve Avery, and Von Hayes. Basketball: Eddie Jones, Dwayne Wade (because of games missed), Tim Duncan (who did not to score as much because of Ginobuli and Parker), Neal Shaquille O '(days of his career, aging) However, they still have great respect that great athletes, although the numbers were not there or never there. What do you think? Statistics do not really mean anything when it is a superstar being created?
He certainly did much to "grade" of athletes, because there are "all around the "athletes and those who are great in maybe a few statistical categories. The" all around "great are those who reach the status Superstar definitely for the seasons they do on a high level. Others seem to be stuck in "marginal" categories performance because they do not seem to excel due to being low in other types of stats due to age and injuries. You have an excellent and a great question!
