How to get back into the game of Tae Kwon Do?
I was a black belt about 5-6 years ago and I want to get back into the sport. Any suggestions before I go back to a studio?
Have respect for your instructors. Stretch a lot before you go they may have stretching in the class but you want to be careful that you don't hurt yourself on your first day back. Also you may want to ask the head instructor if you should still wear your black belt to class or wait for while so that you can be sure your ready to have it.
