Caption Printed
photo editor....to edit n print w caption?
I need a photo editing software (free download pls) that works easily like MS photo editor whr I can add arrows, texts, object on to the photo, dim or bright etc.
but MS photo editor can't do this: to organise the photos in custom layout instead of the standard 2 or 4 or 9 photos in a sheet. also it doesn't have a caption just below each photos that enable one to type in the text.....of course I want to print out the photos together with the caption.
so, will appreciate if anyone can give some good recommendation.

I suggest using a FREE Photoshop equivalent program to accomplish this.
