weight problem urgent?
i need to lose weight quick b4 the 26th of this month and i cant go to the gym nor can i take pills i need help i have been eating right fro thwe last week and doing 100 situps 2 times a day and dancing to burn of the cals but i dont feel like am losing weight i need too look awesome in a 2 piece swimsuit so i need help quickkkkkk!!!!!!!
my goal is 110 pounds too where am skinny and able to wear a 2 piece swimsuit

Dedicate your time. Fact: Running about 1-2 miles a day for a week. That really help me. after running the miles, do 50 crunches. Then run up and down your stairs about 40 times.
Then drink wheat protein[find it in costco or groceries]. Sleep early and wake up early too. You can also buy the ab lounge at sears if you have the money. And if you need to get some stuff at a near food store, bike there. that will help your thighs.
