i have a samsung-x380,i cant view any of my vid,pic or sound files.?
when trying to view files message on screen says unsupported data/media or unable to retreive invalid attempt.i am still able to make and receive calls and texts but cant use camera, video etc.please help..
it may be that the files are in the wrong format. if you are having difficulty downloading files it may be that you need to get the correct mms settings also. you can get the mms settings from the samsung mobile website or from your network provider.
