Does anyone have a Meade Mysky? Can you give me advice in chossing a good telescope or sky viewer???

you mean the laser gun looking thing?
you're much better off with a decent star chart and a pair of 10X50 binoculars. and getting away from city lights where you can actually see the night sky...

if you don't know the night sky, a telescope will NOT help you (especially a cheap and nasty refractor). join a local astronomy club and you can get to look through lots of members telescopes.
binoculars will allow you to see much more and you will never get rid of them when you do buy a telescope.
when you learn more, you will realise that there is no such thing as the best telescope...regardless of money.
